Information about the land plots: the land plots under the immovable property included in the privatization object are not separately allocated. The company pays land tax in accordance with the occupied areas at the following addresses: 21, Kosmichna St., Kharkiv city; 317B, Shevchenka St., Kharkiv city.

Vehicle information: 6 units of motor vehicles manufactured in 1984 – 2020.

The list of assets (movable property) that are accounted for on the balance sheet of the enterprise and are part of the privatization object as of 31.12.2024: 115 units (equipment, furniture, inventory, etc.) (for more details, see the annex to the information notification).

Information on lease agreements: as of 01.03.2025, part of the real estate of the privatization object with a total area of 1141.94 sq. m was leased out under 3 agreements. The maximum validity of the existing lease agreements is until 27.06.2029.

The company’s balance sheet does not include any objects that are not subject to privatization.

Information on the presence/absence of mobilization tasks: there are no mobilization tasks (orders) at the enterprise.

Volumes of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, generation and disposal of waste, information on payment of environmental fees and charges: the company does not emit or discharge pollutants into the environment, generate or dispose of waste, as well as does not accrue or pay environmental fees and charges.

Privatization conditions:

• repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
• preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.

Time and place of the object inspection: on working days by prior arrangement with the representative of the enterprise  at the location of the real estate objects that are part of the property complex, namely: 21, Kosmichna St., Kharkiv city and/or 317B, Shevchenka St., Kharkiv city.
