The land plot is not the subject of the sale and purchase. The Buyer resolves the issue of land use independently.
There are no vehicles on the balance sheet of the enterprise.

As of 30.09.2024, the property included in the privatization object is not leased.

- non-residential premises with a total area of 1,711.8 sq. m at the following address: Donetsk city, 89, Universytetska St.
The company does not emit or discharge any pollutants into the environment.
The company has no mobilization tasks (orders).
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
