Property information (real estate): the object includes 14 registered units of real estate (office building; block garage; brick warehouse; porch; sheds; workshop-warehouse; warehouse; repair shop; forge; structures etc.) and infrastructure (paving; access railway track to the base, etc.) with a total area of more than 1,654.2 sq. m., located in:
- Odesa Oblast, Odesa Rayon, Avanhard territorial community, Avanhard urban-type settlement, 5 Bazova St. (production base, which includes 13 units of real estate and infrastructure with a total area of more than 1,507.0 sq. m);
- Odesa city, 15-A Seminarska St. (non-residential premises with an area of 147.2 sq. m).
All immovable property of the enterprise has been seized by the State Executive Service of Ukraine.
Information about land plots: 1 registered land plot with a total area of 1.4305 ha, located at the address: Odesa Oblast, Ovidiopol Rayon, Avanhard urban-type settlement, Bazova St., land plot 5.
The privatization object includes motor vehicles, namely:
- GAZ – 52 truck of 1987 release;
- UAZ – 469 car of 1992 release;
- UAZ – 452 car of 1978 release.
There are no legal documents for vehicles at the enterprise. Measures are being taken to restore documents for vehicles.
On the balance sheet of the state enterprise there are fixed assets (book value of UAH 2,372 thousand) and stocks (book value of UAH 30 thousand), which are actually absent as of December 31, 2022.
6 objects located in Illovaysk town are on the balance sheet of the State Enterprise and are not subject to privatization, namely: MAZ-54-324 truck; MAZ-9397 trailer; GAZ-66 truck; ETC-165 trencher (excavator); AB-4 gasoline unit; BM-302 drilling machine.
Emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, generation and disposal of waste are not carried out by the enterprise.
There are no lease agreements concluded on the property of the enterprise in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the lease of state and communal property” and the Procedure for leasing state and communal property, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 03.06.2020 No. 483.
The enterprise does not have mobilization tasks established by law.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages, before the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
