Information on land plots: 3 registered land plots with a total area of 26.0000 hectares.
Other land plots used by the enterprise have not been separately allocated, the state registration of land use rights to such land plots has not been carried out in accordance with the established procedure.
Vehicle information: 22 units of motor vehicles and special equipment manufactured between 1982 and 2008.
List of assets (movable property), which are accounted on the balance sheet of the enterprise and are part of the privatization object: 90 units (special machinery, equipment, furniture, inventory, etc.) (for more details see the annex to the informational notification).
Information on lease agreements: as of 30.09.2024, part of the real estate of the enterprise with a total area of 9,745.3 sq. m as well as movable property and vehicles (diesel locomotive TEM No. 8156, radio stations ICONIC 4 pcs.) was leased in accordance with 5 agreements. The deadline for validity of the existing lease agreements is until 22.12.2040.
The company’s balance sheet includes 59 objects that are not subject to privatization (roads, defense structures, dams and other hydraulic structures, etc.).
Volumes of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, generation and disposal of waste, information on payment of environmental fees and charges:
- The volume of pollutant emissions into the air for 2023 (according to the form No. 2-TP (air) (annual) for the entire enterprise – 0.125 tonnes.
- Waste generation for 2023 (according to the form No. 1-waste (annual) for the entire enterprise – 0.
- Environmental payments for 2023 (according to Form No. 1 – environmental costs (annual) actually paid in total – UAH 105.00.
- No discharges of pollutants into the environment.
As of 30.09.2024, the company did not receive any government orders or mobilization tasks.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
Time and place of the object inspection: on weekdays from 8:00 to 17:00, on Fridays from 8:00 to 16:00 at the location of the facility at the following address: Lviv Oblast, Yavoriv Rayon, Novyi Yar village.
