The complex of buildings mainly for production and storage purposes is in an unsatisfactory condition and requires major repairs (physical wear and tear is 41-80%). The condition of the load-bearing structural elements is emergency. They are not used for their functional purpose.

• repayment of debts on wages and before the budget within 6 months.
