All immovable property of the state enterprise was seized.

Information about land plots: 5 registered land plots with a total area of ​​38.0140 hectares.

Vehicle information: 23 units of motor vehicles and special equipment manufactured in 1965 – 2011.

List of assets (movable property) that are recorded on the balance sheet of the enterprise and are part of the privatization object: 727 units (equipment, furniture, inventory, etc.) (for more details see the appendix to the information notification).

As of September 17, 2024, the company’s property is not leased.

On the balance sheet of the enterprise there are 3 objects that are not subject to privatization (a studio apartment, a residential building, a civil protection structure – premise No. 7 in the basement of the office building with a total area of ​​51.5 sq. m).

Due to the complete stop of production the SOE “Bdzhilʹnyanskyi spyrtovyi zavod” (distillery) did not release pollutants into the environment, waste was not generated or disposed of, environmental fees and payments were not paid for 2023 – Q2 2024.

The enterprise did not receive government orders or mobilization tasks.

Privatization conditions:

• repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
• preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
