The buildings and structures of the property complex of SOE “Transcarpathian Helicopter Production Association” are in an emergency condition, they are not provided with the necessary engineering equipment, there is no heating, water supply, gas supply. There is no railway connection, the road transport connection is in an unsatisfactory condition.
