Description: the object of construction in progress is located on the territory of the JSC “Kyiv Plant of Experimental Structures”. It consists of a 9-storey reinforced concrete building of the laboratory building and a one-storey experimental workshop attached to it. The land plot is limited on three sides by internal roads, and on the fourth side – by the house of “Energoproekt” Research Institute. At the same time, the end part of the experimental workshop, on one side, is adjacent to the facade of the research institute building.
Access to the construction site is provided through the factory entrance via an asphalt concrete road. The construction site is not fenced and guarded, limited on three sides by intra-plant roads.
The object is located in the Dniprovskiy district of Kyiv (the “Old Darnytsa“ area).
The nearest metro stations are: Lisova (4.9 km), Chernigivska (3.6 km) and Darnytsa (5.0 km).
