Description: the construction-in-progress kindergarten was returned by court decision to state ownership. It is located in the central part of the Volosyanka village, Uzhgorod Rayon, Zakarpattia Oblast. The construction-in-progress kindergarten is a building consisting of a main 3-storey building with a hipped roof and an auxiliary 2-storey annex building with a hipped roof.

According to the technical passport, the total area of the construction-in-progress asset is 1,569.4 sq. m, including the 1st floor – 590.6 sq. m, the 2nd floor – 593.7 sq. m, the 3rd floor – 385.1 sq. m. Building area of the construction-in-progress asset is 795.5 sq.m.

The conservation of the construction-in-progress asset has not been carried out, most of the elements are significantly damaged. The territory of the construction site is not fenced and guarded.

Status of access roads to the construction-in-progress asset: an asphalted and partly unpaved road has been laid.

Distance to public roads: the distance from the borders of the construction-in-progress asset to the public road is 150.0 m. Start of construction – December 1991, cessation of construction – May 1994. Separate construction works for the reconstruction of the construction-in-progress asset were carried out by the former Buyer from 2004 to 2010. In general, the technical condition of the construction-in-progress asset is unsatisfactory.
