Description: The privatization object includes three units of real estate, built in 1975, namely: a two-storey administrative building with a total area of 458.24 sq. m, garages with a total area of 93.63 sq. m and a furnace room with a total area of 43.50 sq. m. Foundations of buildings – rubble concrete, tape; walls and partitions – brick; overlaps – reinforced concrete; roof of the administrative building – slate, garages and furnace room – roofing felt, bitumen.
Premises of the first floor of the administrative building with an area of 233.07 sq. m are in good condition, the premises on the second floor of the administrative building – in satisfactory condition and require some repair. The buildings of garages and furnace room are in unsatisfactory technical condition, there are defects of load-bearing structures, partial destruction of brick walls, filling of window openings is absent, doors are partly absent.
The administrative building has electricity, water supply, sewerage; in the buildings of garages and furnace room electricity, water supply and sewerage is destroyed. Garage and furnace room need major repairs.
