- 13 units of infrastructure facilities and networks (external power grids, intra-area cable networks, internal and external telephone networks, internal-area water supply and sewerage networks, outdoor lighting, external-area telephone networks, internal-area low-current networks, internal-area VK network, fence № 1-6, paving with a total area of 1030 sq. m).
Form of ownership: state.
Owner: State represented by the Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine.
The privatization object includes a motor vehicle – Daewoo Lanos (2002 model year).
Information about the objects that are not subject to privatization: on the balance sheet of the enterprise there are objects that are not subject to privatization, namely:
- protective structure of civil defense “Storage (radiation protection shelter) №56290” with a total area of 580.0 sq. m, located at the basement of the engineering and laboratory building (letter AA1A2) at the address: Odesa, Mechnykova St., 132.
Land plots under real estate were not allocated separately.
Emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, generation and disposal of waste are not carried out by the enterprise.
The company did not receive government orders, mobilization tasks.
As of 30.09.2021, part of the company’s property with a total area of 121.62 sq. m. is leased in accordance with 5 existing lease agreements.
Privatization conditions:
- prevention of dismissal of employees during 6 months;
- repayment of debts on wages, before the budget and overdue accounts payable within 30 days;
- in accordance with paragraph 8 of Article 32 of the Civil Protection Code of Ukraine, the buyer is obliged to ensure the maintenance of the protective structure of civil protection in readiness for its intended use at its own expense during the year.
Time and place of the object inspection: on working days from 09:00 to 16:00 at the location of the object by prior arrangement with the auction organizer.
