Name of the object: the small privatization object of socio-cultural purpose “Property complex of the Children’s Health Camp “Sonyachny”.

Balance holder: SOE “Administration of the State Property Fund of Ukraine” (USREOU code 39950170).

Property information (real estate): the facility includes 11 units of real estate (buildings and structures) with a total area of ​​5318 sq. m., located at: Odesa Oblast, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, Serhiyivka village, Tiras lane, 3, including:

  • dormitory buildings (2 units);
  • dining room;
  • cinema;
  • medical center;
  • reception department;
  • checkpoint;
  • pavement;
  • fence;
  • stadium;
  • pedestal (remnants of construction).

The real estate object “Property complex of the Children’s Health Camp “Sonyachny” is registered 12/21/2016 in the State Register of Real Property Rights.

  • Grounds for the emergence of property rights: Resolution of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine dated 04.08.2015 in case №9/17-4528-2011.

Activities on the basis of the enterprise have not been actually carried out since 2006, the property is not used, it is in an unsatisfactory, abandoned condition.

According to the letter of the National Social Service of Ukraine №0000-0202-5/2741 dated 15.03.2021, there is no information about the Children’s Health Camp “Sonyachny” in the State Register of property objects for health improvement and recreation of children.

The property of the property complex of the Children’s Health Camp “Sonyachny” was returned to the state ownership in accordance with the decision of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine in case №9/17-4528-2011 dated 04.08.2015.

There are no lawsuits regarding the object.

Information about the land plot: according to court decisions in the case №9/17-4528-2011 the object is located on a land plot of 20000 sq. m.

The land plot is not allocated in kind, the cadastral number is not assigned.

According to the Master Plan of Serhiyivka village purpose of the land plot located at the address: Serhiyivka village, Tiras  lane, 3 is the land for health purposes.

Privatization conditions: the privatization object “Property complex of the Children’s Health Camp “Sonyachny” from the moment of transfer of ownership of it can be repurposed.
