Privatization conditions:
- the buyer is obliged within 30 calendar days from the transfer of ownership of the privatization object to reimburse the costs incurred by the Regional Branch of the SPFU in Poltava and Sumy regions to pay for services provided by the appraisal entity involved in the appraisal of privatization object, in the amount of UAH 36,500.00, excluding VAT.
