The Privatization Object includes an architectural monument: a brick main building with an area of 3149.5 sq.m., which is an architectural monument of local significance – protection No. 465/1-M – the “Palace” of the middle of the 19th century. (Decision of the Executive Committee of the Lviv Oblast Council of People’s Deputies dated February 26, 1980 No. 130). Security agreement for a monument of cultural heritage dated September 30, 2022 No. 16-AA-22, concluded between the Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the Lviv Oblast State Administration and the State Enterprise “Administration of the State Property Fund of Ukraine”. The specified building is not included in the List of cultural heritage monuments not subject to privatization (according to the Law of Ukraine dated September 23, 2008 No. 574-6 “On the list of cultural heritage monuments not subject to privatization” (as amended)).
