- A subsidiary of Khimtekstylmash-Service of Joint-Stock Company Khimtekstylmash, EDRPOU code 38271092 (legal entity). The subject of activity is the preparation and signing of economic agreements for the manufacture of products of the Enterprise, the development of technical documentation, technological processes, instructions, estimates, etc. for products, organization and testing, maintenance and repair of equipment manufactured by the Enterprise.
- Structural subdivision – Experimental plant, EDRPOU code 24553985 (without the right of a legal entity). The subject of activity is the manufacture, installation, adjustment and sale of equipment of the Enterprise.
The company has a registered trademark (certificate for a mark for goods and services № 397). There are opportunities to perform work on the manufacture of equipment for oil and fat, processing, food, and other industries. The joint-stock company is the only developer in Ukraine of roller machines (B-400/93) used for mechanical grinding of oilseeds.

JSC “Khimtekstilmash” has a civil defense facility – storage №95550, with an area of 486.84 sq. m., which according to the acts of complex inspections of the commission of the Department for Emergencies and Civil Protection of the Chernihiv City Council is defined as in emergency condition.
Moreover, the company has in its assets production machines in the amount of 56 pieces, namely: turning, boring, grinding, milling, sharpening, planning of various modifications and design and other production equipment.
The company’s energy needs are provided by two power substations with a capacity of 445 000 kW each.
Part of the Company’s real estate is leased. As of 01.01.2021 there are currently 69 lease agreements; the total area of the leased premises is 11.3 thousand sq.m.
Despite the significant amount of commitments, all the basic means of production necessary for the implementation of business projects are preserved. In the case of attracting investment, the company is able to quickly restore production capacity.
The enterprise is not a cultural heritage site.
The enterprise did not receive government orders, and there are no mobilization tasks.
In addition, the company is registered with the Central State Scientific and Technical Archives of Ukraine and is included in the list of legal entities – sources of the National Archival Fund, which is approved by the State Archival Service of Ukraine. Scientific and technical documentation developed during the period of the сompany’s activity until the moment of its privatization is the property of the state.
Information on the volumes of emissions and discharges of pollutants: during of its activity, the company does not carry out any emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, does not generate or dispose of waste; does not pay environmental fees and charges.
Additional terms of sale:
The buyer of the privatization object is obliged to provide:
- repayment within 5 years of the debts of JSC “Khimtekstilmash” to the State Budget, the Pension Fund and social funds of Ukraine;
- prohibition of personnel dismissal for 6 months from the date of transfer of ownership;
- implementation of the collective agreement that was in force at the enterprise on the date of transfer of ownership, during its validity period, and after its expiration, the conclusion of a new agreement or amendments to the concluded agreement in the manner prescribed by law and ensuring its execution;
- implementation of civil protection measures in accordance with the requirements of the Civil Protection Code of Ukraine (Articles 20, 32, 55 of the Civil Protection Code of Ukraine);
- preservation of scientific and technical documentation, which is the source of formation of the National Archival Fund, and its transfer to the relevant archival institution.
