On December 4, 2020, the e-auction on privatization of Martynivka Operating Location and Spirit Storage, which is from the list of SE Ukrspyrt’s objects, was held with a winning rate of over UAH 84 million.

Five participants competed for the object of spirit industry at the e-auction and, during competitive bidding, they increased a starting price by 2.7 times – from UAH 31.7 million to UAH 84 million.

After signing the protocol on the results of the e-auction, the winner will be able to conclude a sale contract and make payment. After that, the privatizationprocess of Martynivka Operating Location and Spirit Storage will be considered complete and the new owner will be able to obtain a spirit production license.

This is the thirteenth successful e-auction on privatization of spirit assets, indicating the real interest of business in investments in this industry and participation in the new market with transparent and unified regulations for everyone.
