On December 2, 2020, the e-auction on privatization of Zaliztsi Operating Location and Spirit Storage, which is from the list of SE Ukrspyrt’s objects, was held with a winning rate of UAH 80 010 000.

Six participants competed for the object of privatization at the transparent e-auction, resulting in a rise of a starting price by 2.5 times – from UAH 32 million to UAH 80 million.

This is the eleventh successful e-auction on privatization of spirit assets, which take place within the framework of demonopolization of the spirit production market.

After signing the protocol on the results of the e-auction, the winner will be able to conclude a sale contract and make payment. After that, the privatizationprocess of Zaliztsi Operating Location and Spirit Storage will be considered complete.

The new owner will receive, in particular, the main building of the separator section, distillerystorage, production building, grain storage, as well as vehicles and equipment.
