On September 14, 2020, the State Budget received more than UAH 1.111 billion from the privatization of Hotel “Dnipro”, the transparent auction of which was held on July 15 by the State Property Fund of Ukraine.

Thus, the winner of the auction has fulfilled all the conditions for obtaining ownership of this asset.

Since the announcement of the results of the auction, the winner of the open auction and the funds had been checked by the competent authorities for compliance with the requirements of the current legislation.

After following all the procedures as provided for by law, and after receiving positive results of inspections, the winner of the auction transferred UAH 1 billion 111 million to the State Budget of Ukraine.

For the State Property Fund of Ukraine, this auction was next success in attracting investments through privatization under new transparent rules implemented by the new team of the Fund.

So, since the beginning of the year, the Fund has held 1,548 auctions for a total amount of almost UAH 2 billion.
