Real estate information: the privatization object includes 56 units of real estate (administrative, industrial, warehouse buildings and structures, etc.) and infrastructure (water supply and sewerage networks, power lines, roads, railway line, etc.) with a total area of 83,136.14 sq. m, located at the following addresses: 122, 122/1, 122/2, 122/3 Kozatska St., Slavuta town, Khmelnytskyi Oblast.

Information about the land plot: 6 registered land plots with a total area of 17.8577 hectares.

Vehicle information: 45 units of motor vehicles and special equipment manufactured in 1987–2002.

The list of assets (movable property) that are accounted for on the balance sheet of the enterprise and included in the privatization object as of 01.10.2025: 1136 units (equipment, furniture, inventory, etc.) (for more details, see the Annex to the information notification).

Information on lease agreements:  as of 01.10.2025, part of the company’s real estate with a total area of 315.28 sq. m, as well as a group of inventory items consisting of 12 railway freight semi-wagons, were leased out under 5 agreements.  The maximum term of the existing lease agreements is specified in the information notification.

According to the company’s information, there are agreements on the use of property containing information that is classified as confidential.

There are no objects on the company’s balance sheet that are not subject to privatization.

The company does not produce emissions and discharges.

Privatization conditions:

  • repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
  • preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
