As of September 30, 2025, part of the building belonging to another owner is located on the company’s land plot.
The land plot on which the Privatization Object is located is not subject to sale and purchase, therefore the buyer shall resolve land use issues independently in accordance with the procedure established by applicable law after the transfer of ownership rights to the Privatization Object to the buyer.
Vehicle information: as of September 30, 2025, there are no vehicles on the company’s balance sheet.

As of September 30, 2025, part of the company’s real estate with a total area of 287.4 sq. m was leased under 3 agreements. The term of the lease agreements is until April 30, 2030, but in any case no longer than until the transfer of ownership of the property (the single property complex, which includes the leased property) to the winner of the auction held in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Privatization of State and Municipal Property”.
There are no objects on the company’s balance sheet that are not subject to privatization.
There are no civil defense objects on the balance sheet of the company.
There are no emissions or discharges of pollutants into the environment, and no waste generation or disposal.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
