* In accordance with Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine “On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine,” SOE “Pivdendiprorybflot” is classified as a small enterprise and, in accordance with paragraph 5 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated February 28, 2000, No. 419 “On Approval of the Procedure for Submitting Financial Statements,” prepares and submits financial statements once a year (annual), and interim financial statements are not prepared.
