The balance sheet of JSC “Smoly” takes into account state-owned objects that are not included in the authorized capital of the company and remain in state ownership:
1. Property of the “Chervoni Vitryla” Children’s health camp (the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Yevpatoria city):
- fixed assets in the amount of 284 items;
- low-value non-current tangible assets in the amount of 352 units.
2. Motor vehicles in the amount of 4 units.
3. Civil defense facilities in the amount of 3 units.
4. Apartment with property in the amount of 18 units, located at the address: Kamianske city, 150, Anoshkina Ave.
Volumes of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, generation and disposal of waste, information on payment of environmental fees and charges:
- The volume of emissions of pollutants into the atmospheric air for 2024 in total for the enterprise is 0.046 tons.
- Waste generation for 2024 in total for the enterprise is 4.746 tons.
- Environmental payments for 2024 actually paid in total – UAH 0.5.
- Discharges of pollutants into the environment: JSC “Smoly” has no industrial discharges into surface water bodies. Collector-drainage waters are discharged through storm collectors in the Brudna Konoplyanka river with subsequent discharge into the Dnipro river. The discharge volume for 2024 amounted to 421.86 thousand cub. m.
Information on lease agreements concluded for the facility: there are no lease agreements concluded for the company’s property.
