The authorized capital of the Company is divided into 37,000,000 ordinary registered shares, the par value of one share is UAH 0.01, with a total par value of UAH 370,000.00.
The average number of employees of the enterprise as of July 22, 2024: 5 people.
The main type of economic activity: quarrying of ornamental and building stone, limestone, gypsum, chalk and slate (NACE code 08.11).

In addition to real estate and motor vehicles, the Privatization Object includes the following movable property, namely: Kaiser compressor, solid fuel boiler, metal poker, ESOA-IR multi-rotor air compressor, compressor, hydraulic pump, cableway, water pump, GNOM pump.
As of June 30, 2024, there are no lease agreements regarding the privatization object or its part (the Company’s property).
There are no objects on the Company’s balance sheet that are not subject to privatization.
There are no mobilization tasks (orders) in the company.
Volumes of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, generation and disposal of waste, information on the payment of environmental fees and charges:
- volume of emissions for 2021 – Q2 2024, in total – 1.142 tons;
- payment of environmental fees and charges for 2021 – Q2 2024, in total – UAH 23,687.00.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
Time and place of the object inspection: on weekdays from 8.00 to 17.00, on Friday – from 8.00 to 15.45 at the location of the object: Zhytomyr Oblast, Korosten Rayon, Buky village of the Malyn territorial community, by prior agreement with the balance holder.
