Information about the object (real estate): the object includes 1 registered unit of real estate, namely: a property complex, consisting of:
- building No. 7 (production premises);
- building No. 8 (office and production premises)
with a total area of 1,537.5 sq. m, located at the following address: Kyiv city, 10-A, Rylieieva St.
Information about land plots: 1 registered land plot with a total area of 0.1656 hectares at the address: Kyiv city, 10-A, Rylieieva St.
Vehicles information: 4 registered units of motor vehicles and special equipment produced in 1986-2002.
List of assets (movable property) that are recorded on the balance sheet of the enterprise and are part of the privatization object: 512 units (equipment, furniture, inventory, etc.) (for more details see the appendix to the information notification).
As of March 31, 2024, part of the enterprise’s property, namely: real estate with a total area of 83 sq. m, as well as equipment for a total of 23 objects was leased in accordance with 2 contracts. The maximum validity period of lease agreements is until July 31, 2025.
There is an object on the Company’s balance sheet that is not subject to privatization and is not included in the Company’s authorized capital, namely:
- bomb shelter (civil defense storage) registration number 112585, with a total area of 560.7 sq. m, location: Kyiv city, 10-A, Rylieieva St., which belongs to the list of state real estate objects and belongs to the 2nd class storage facility.
The Company’s balance sheet includes objects that are located in temporarily occupied territory, namely:
- the “Teremok“ recreation center, located at the address: Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Melitopol Raion, Kyrylivka urban-type settlement, 125, Kosa Fedotova St. The “Teremok“ recreation center includes 10 residential houses with an attic, a kitchen-buffet household complex, a utility tent, and a utility block. The land plot within the 125, Fedotova Kosa St., Kyrylivka urban-type settlement of Yakymivka Raion, with an area of 0.2806 hectares, cadastral number 2320355400:11:001:0188, was leased to JSC Research Institute “Vektor” for a period of 49 years (until January 17, 2055) on the basis of decision No. 12 of the 28th session of the 4th convocation of the Kyrylivka settlement council dated November 29, 2005 under the land plot lease agreement dated January 17, 2006;
- RAF-2203 car, registration number 128991, which is located at the address: Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Melitopol Raion, Kyrylivka urban-type settlement, 125, Kosa Fedotova St.
The Company does not emit or discharge pollutants into the environment, as well as generate and dispose of waste.
There are no mobilization tasks (orders) at the Company.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
