As of March 31, 2024, there are no overdue accounts payable.
Due to the addition of new property to the balance sheet of the state-owned commercial enterprise “Dnipropetrovsk experimental prosthetic and orthopedic enterprise” in April 2024, the enterprise compiled an additional balance sheet as of April 30, 2024, according to which:
- assets value – UAH 115,279.0 thousand;
- fixed assets value – UAH 36,659.0 thousand.
Information about real estate: the object includes 15 registered units of real estate and infrastructure (industrial, warehouse, office, auxiliary buildings and structures, etc.) with a total area of more than 5,691.7 sq. m, located at the following addresses:
- Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Dnipro city, 21, Bohdana Khmelnytskoho Ave.;
- Zaporizhzhia city, 3, Volgogradska St.;
- Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Kryvyi Rih town, 16a, Lermontova St.
Information about land plots: 3 registered land plots with a total area of 0.9992 hectares.
Vehicles information (as of April 30, 2024): 9 units of motor vehicles manufactured in 2000 – 2023.
List of assets (movable property) that are recorded on the balance sheet of the enterprise and are part of the privatization object: 1425 units (equipment, furniture, inventory, etc.) (for more details see the appendix to the information notification).
The company’s property was not leased.
On the balance sheet of the enterprise there are objects that are not subject to privatization in accordance with paragraph 71 of Section V of the final and transitional provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On the privatization of state and municipal property”, namely:
- real estate with a total area of 69.2 sq. m,
- movable property with a total of 27 units,
located at the following address: Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Berdyansk town, 3, Tsentralna St.
There are no civil protection buildings or architectural monuments on the company’s balance sheet.
Information about the presence/absence of mobilization tasks: there are no mobilization tasks (orders) at the enterprise.
Volumes of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, generation and disposal of waste, information on the payment of environmental fees and charges: the enterprise does not pay environmental fees and charges, does not produce emissions or discharges of pollutants into the environment.
Privatization conditions:
- maintaining the company’s activity profile for 10 years;
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
