Information about land plots:
- in use – 6 registered land plots with a total area of 28.3589 hectares;
- leased – 1 registered land plot with a total area of 0.04 hectares (land lease agreement No. 348 dated October 18, 2013 for 30 years).
Information about vehicles: 16 units of vehicles and special equipment produced in 1976-2002 (documents for 5 vehicles are missing).

Information about lease agreements: as of October 01, 2023, part of the enterprise’s real estate with a total area of 727.9 sq. m was leased in accordance with 1 agreement. The maximum validity period of the lease agreement is until May 09, 2024.
The company also rents technological equipment with a total of 26 units in accordance with 1 agreement. Rental agreement for technological equipment No. w/n dated February 21, 2017 (additional agreement No.1 dated January 05, 2021). Validity period is 5 years with automatic renewal for the same period.
On the balance sheet of the enterprise there are objects that are not subject to privatization, namely: a separately located storage facility (anti-radiation shelter) No. 93219, with a total area of 93.1 sq. m, built in 1974, located at the address: Chernihiv Oblast, Koriukivka Rayon, Kholmy urban-type settlement, 98, Tsentralna St.
Volumes of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, generation and disposal of waste, information on the payment of environmental fees and charges: for 2023 (according to annual form No. 2-TP (air)) in total for the enterprise – 2.452 tons; including hazard class 3 – 2.452 tons.
Environmental payments for 2023: UAH 45,125.85 were actually paid in total.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
Time and place of the object inspection: on weekdays from 8.00 to 17.15, on Fridays from 8.00 to 16.00 at the location of the privatization object.
