Information about land plots leased by INVESTAGRO LLC: 226 registered land plots with a total area of 1,483.2729 hectares.

Information about lease agreements: as of March 31, 2024, part of the enterprise’s real estate with a total area of 30.5 sq. m, as well as other property (metal containers for storing fuel, a Subaru FU 9520 IM car) were leased in accordance with 3 contracts. All existing lease agreements have been extended.
There are no objects on the Company’s balance sheet that are not subject to privatization.
According to the certificate for Investagro LLC the size of the mobilization task for the production of main types of food and agricultural products has been established.
Volumes of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, generation and disposal of waste, information on payment of environmental fees and charges:
- The volume of emissions of pollutants into the atmospheric air for 2023, total for the enterprise – 1.175889 tons. Statistical report 2-TP (air) is not compiled at the enterprise, since INVESTAGRO LLC belongs to the 3rd group of enterprises according to the criteria for the impact of a pollution object on the air.
- Waste generation for 2023 (according to form No. 1 – waste (annual), total for the enterprise – 2, 506 tons.
- Environmental payments for 2023 (according to form No. 1 – environmental expenses (annual) actually paid in total – UAH 0.180 thousand.
- Discharges of pollutants into the environment: the enterprise does not discharge pollutants into the environment.
Privatization conditions:
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months;
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months.
