JSC “EROTRON” is a legal entity formed by transforming the state enterprise “Research Institute of Receiving Cathode Ray Tubes “Erotron” into a private joint-stock company in accordance with the order of the State Property Fund of Ukraine dated 04.06.2021 No. 952 “On the transformation of a state enterprise” Research Institute of receiving cathode ray tubes “Erotron” into a private joint-stock company”, and in accordance with the Charter of JSC “Erotron”, approved by order of the State Property Fund of Ukraine dated October 22, 2021 No. 1870, is the assignee of the property, all rights and obligations of the specified state enterprise.
In 2021 and the 1st half of 2022, the enterprise did not carry out activities by its main type of activity (72.19), did not carry out work and did not provide services.

Functional use: not used, in a neglected condition.
All real estate of the enterprise is under encumbrances (tax lien, seizure of immovable property).
Information about the land plot: title documents for land use by the company have not been drawn up.
The enterprise actually uses the land plot at the address: Lviv, Antonovicha St., 90, with an area of 0.1986 hectares. The enterprise has outdated technical documentation for this land plot (issued in 2007). The land plot has not been allocated in kind, information about it is not reflected on the public cadastral map, the cadastral number has not been assigned for the land plot, and the land plot has not been included in the State Land Cadastre.
Part of the real estate of the company with a total area of 43.5 sq. m is leased. The term of the lease agreement is until 01/17/2026.
