Name of the privatization object: property complex of SOE “Heroiske Research and Industrial Enterprise”.

Identification code according to USREOU: 00383604.

Location of the object: 75620, Kherson region, Holoprystan district, Heroiske village, Dubindi St., 17.

The enterprise is located on the bank of the Dnipro estuary, 70 km from the regional center – the town of Hola Prystan. Production facilities for the extraction of salt – hydraulic structures (basins – preparatory, cage, ditches, sluices, etc.) on the chain of lakes are filled with sea water of the Yagorlytsky Bay of the Black Sea.

The average number of employees as of June 30, 2021: 17 persons.

Main activity, according to the Statute: extraction of salt (NACE-08.93).

The operating production cycle for growing and extracting of salt is 12 months, salt is extracted once a year, in September-October.

In 2021, salt production was not carried out. The income was obtained from the accumulated reserves of salt extracted in 2020.

The main range of products (works, services): extraction of salt, tons (sea salt of the first and second grade, certificate of conformity UA 1.189.Х000175-18, validity: 22.11.2018-31.12.2020):

• for 2018 – 4,100,
• for 2019 – 4,600,
• for 2020 year – 4,500.

Purpose: for extraction, processing and delivery of table salt

The land is not subject to privatization.

This land plot of the salt mining enterprise is located within the Emerald Network of Europe in Ukraine – “Kinburnska Kosa“, area code: UA0000215, which imposes certain restrictions on it’s use.

As of June 30, 2021, the enterprise has no prohibitions on alienation, arrests and encumbrances on the property of the SOE “Heroiske Research and Industrial Enterprise”.

As of June 30, 2021, no lease agreements were concluded for the real estate of the enterprise.

The company does not keep records of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, the formation and disposal of waste.

Privatization conditions:

• preservation of the main activity of the enterprise, namely: 08.93 Extraction of salt;
• repayment of debts on wages and before the budget, overdue accounts payable within 6 months;
• preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months;
• financing of labor protection in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Law of Ukraine “On labor protection”;
• to reimburse within 10 calendar days after the transfer of ownership of the privatization object to the buyer the costs of the Regional Branch of the State Property Fund in Kherson region, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol for the environmental audit of the SOE “Heroiske Research and Industrial Enterprise” in the amount of UAH 20,000.00 (twenty thousand hryvnias 00 kopecks).

The term for fulfilling obligations under conditions that do not have a specific period for their fulfillment does not exceed 5 years from the date of transfer of ownership to the buyer.
