Property information (real estate): the property complex consists of 17 buildings and structures with a total area of ​​2115, 6 sq. m. Transformer station, according to the letter of PJSC DTEK Kyiv Electric Networks №4 / 02/33586 dated 15.12.2020 does not belong to the facilities that ensure the integrity of the unified energy system of Ukraine and dispatch (operational and technological) control, as well as not refers to the main and interstate electricity network.

Currently, the transformer substation supplies a private house (according to the contract №08020840108 on the use of electricity), which is located on the territory of the property complex.

On the territory of the property complex there is a private one-storey residential building, letter “E” (main part with an area of ​​73.3 sq. m., extension – 15.7 sq. m., extension 22.2 sq. m.; certificate of ownership of housing dated 12.05.2008 № 664, issued by Sviatoshynskiy district Council in the city  of Kyiv), which is not part of the object of small privatization.

There are other buildings and structures on the territory that are not part of the above property complex, in particular:
