The company is the only specialized institute in Ukraine for the development and design of transport systems, lifting and transport equipment of continuous process. The institute stores design documents for more than 30 types of equipment of transport systems for mechanization and automation of loading, unloading, transport and warehousing. The Institute is registered in the Central State Scientific and Technical Archive of Ukraine (CSNTA) and is included in the List №1 of legal entities – sources of formation of the National Archival Fund (NAF), which transfer documents to the CSNTA.
Lists of 23 projects, problems (topics) for the period 1973-2013, scientific and technical documentation for which is included in the NAF and is subject to transfer to state storage, for the relevant years are approved by the expert review commission.

As of July 1, 2022, PrJSC “Design and Engineering Institute of Conveyor Construction” has no prohibitions on alienation, arrests and encumbrances on the company’s property.
Land plot information: technical documentation and right-establishing documents for land use are not issued.
Payment of land tax is made for the actual use of land area of 0.5681 hectares at Lviv, Bazarna St., 20. The amount of land tax paid in 2021 – UAH 153 934.44, for 6 months of 2022 – UAH 82 688.06.
There are also a real estate objects (pavilion with an area of 519.5 sq.m. and a 2-story building – a group of non-residential premises with a total area of 150.8 sq. m) on the land plot, which belongs to another owners.

As of July 1, 2022, on the balance sheet of PrJSC “Design and Engineering Institute of Conveyor Construction” property that would not be included in its authorized capital and would be in state ownership, is not accounted for.
Volumes of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, generation and disposal of waste, information on payment of environmental fees and charges, etc.: formation of volumes of pollutants:
- for 2021 – the volume is 2.3672 cub. сm; UAH 1.96 of environmental tax was paid.
- for 6 months of 2022 – the volume is 0.00 cub. cm.; UAH 0.00 of environmental tax was paid.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment within 6 months of the company’s debts on wages and to the budget, if any, on the date of transfer of ownership of the block of shares to the buyer;
- prevention of dismissal of employees within 6 months;
- proper preservation in the technical archive of PrJSC “DEI of Conveyor Construction ” of scientific and technical documentation belonging to the National Archive Fund (NAF) of Ukraine in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the National Archive Fund and Archive Institutions” and the Rules for the Organization of Recordkeeping and Archival Storage of Documents in State Bodies , local self-government bodies, at enterprises, institutions and organizations, implementation of measures for its transfer and transfer for permanent storage to the Central State Scientific and Technical Archive (SSTA) of Ukraine (according to the lists of 23 projects, problems (topics) of the institute for the period 1973- 2013, the scientific and technical documentation of which is classified as part of the NAF and is subject to transfer for state preservation, approved by the protocols of the expert inspection commission of the National Center of Ukraine) within 2 years.
