• not later than 1 month from the date of acquisition of ownership of the object, to enter into a protection agreement for an architectural monument of local significance in accordance with Art. 23 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Cultural Heritage” and the Procedure for concluding protection agreements for cultural heritage monuments, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 28.12.2001 №1768.
