Information about land plots: according to the information provided by the Main Department of State Geocadastre in Cherkasy Oblast, by the letter No. 7-23-0.2-6321/2-24 dated 16.09.2024, the right of ownership or use of land plots within the town of Smila and the former Smila Rayon for SOE ‘Machine-Building Plant “Orizon” is not registered.

Information on lease agreements: as of 15.10.2024, part of the enterprise’s real estate with a total area of 5,587.4 sq. m was leased in accordance with 1 existing agreement. - storage No. 89046 with a total area of 844.6 sq. m, at the address: Cherkasy Oblast, Smila town, 24, Sarazhi Yevhena (Mazura) St., ownership right is not registered.
According to the information provided by the State Reserve Agency of Ukraine, by letter No. 2429/0/4-24 dated 18.09.2024, the material assets of the state material reserve, including the mobilization reserve, for the SOE “Machine-Building Plant Orizon” (USREOU code 32480440) are not accounted, there is no debt.
Volumes of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, waste generation and disposal, information on payment of environmental fees and charges: the enterprise does not generate and dispose of waste; emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment are absent; the enterprise does not pay environmental fees and charges.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
