• Khmelnitsky Oblast, Khmelnitsky Rayon, Sataniv urban-type settlement, Complex of buildings and structures No. 15, Sataniv village council.

Information about land plots: 3 land plots with a total area of 72.07 hectares, namely:

The property that is part of the property complex of the SOE “Zakupnianskyi quarry” is not leased.

The enterprise’s balance sheet includes objects that are not subject to privatization, namely:

• civil defense facility – anti-radiation shelter No. 1 with a total area of 140.5 sq. m located at the address: Khmelnitsky Oblast, Kamyanets-Podilsky Rayon, Zakupne urban-type settlement, 1h Tsentralna St.;
• part of the road from the “Lysohirka” quarry to the industrial site of the enterprise with a length of 1.7 km from the point with the coordinates 49.143553, 26.285290 to the point with the coordinates 49.150922, 26.304162 is used to meet the needs of the Zakupne territorial community for automobile passenger and freight transportation, namely: the villages of Lysohirka, Golenishcheve, Romanivka of the Kamianets-Podilsky Rayon of the Khmelnytskyi Oblast.

Environmental tax paid for 2020 – 9 months of 2023 in total: UAH 146.9 thousand.

Privatization conditions:

• repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
• preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.

Time and place of the object inspection: on weekdays from 8.00 to 17.15, Fri. from 8.00 to 16.00 at the location of the privatization object.
