- hostel with an area of 664.0 sq.m.;
- storage building (civil defense facility), with an area of 394.4 sq.m;
- “Glory“ Monument (burial place).
Volumes of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, generation and disposal of waste, information on payment of environmental fees and charges:
- The volume of emissions of pollutants into the atmospheric air for 2021 (according to Appendix 1 to the Tax Declaration of the Environmental Tax) in total for the enterprise is 0.00768 tons, for 2022 is 0.00576 tons.
- Waste generation for 2021 is 0.00768 tons, for 2022 is 0.00576 tons, in total for this period for the enterprise is 0.01344 tons.
- Environmental payments for 2021 are UAH 15.12, and for 2022 are UAH 11.72. Not paid, in total for the amount of UAH 26.84.
- There are no emissions of pollutants into the atmospheric air by stationary sources of pollution.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages, before the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
