Information about the land plots: 3 registered land plots with a total area of ​​0.2060 ha.

Information on lease agreements: as of June 30, 2024, part of the company’s real estate with a total area of ​​140.0 sq. m was leased in accordance with 1 agreement. The maximum validity period of existing lease agreement is for the duration of martial law and for 4 months after the termination or cancellation of martial law.

On the balance sheet of the enterprise there are objects not subject to privatization in the amount of 158 units (equipment, real estate, vehicle, etc.), including 123 units managed by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.

There are no civil protection structures (anti-radiation shelters) on the company’s balance sheet.

Information on the presence/absence of mobilization tasks: there are no mobilization tasks (orders) at the enterprise.

Volumes of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, waste generation and disposal, information on payment of environmental fees and charges: the enterprise does not pay environmental fees and charges, does not emit or discharge pollutants into the environment.

Privatization conditions:

• repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
• preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
