On the basis of the concluded Agreements for the provision of temporary long-term accommodation services No. 468, 469, 471, 477, 478, 480, 494 dated November 1, 2022, families with children (7 two-room rooms) live in the hotel. The contracts are valid until the end of 2022 with the right to prolong.
On the balance sheet of the enterprise there are no objects that are not subject to privatization.
The enterprise did not receive government orders, mobilization tasks.
SOE “Vlasta Hotel ” in its activities does not produce emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, does not generate or dispose of waste.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
