Property information (real estate): the object includes 13 registered units of real estate (7/25 parts of the complex, 27/100 parts of the heat generator premises, office building, 4 garage buildings, etc.) and infrastructure (fences, paving, etc.) with a total area of ​​4,713.22 sq. m, located at the following addresses:

• Cherkasy Oblast, Cherkasy city, 118, 118/1, Smilianska St.;
• Kirovohrad Oblast, Kropyvnytskyi city, 26, Akademika Korolova St.

Information about the land plots: 3 registered land plots with a total area of ​​ 0.7953 ha.

Vehicles information: 18 registered motor vehicles manufactured between 1986 and 2017.

List of assets (movable property) that are recorded on the balance sheet of the enterprise and are part of the privatization object as of August 1, 2024: 1164 units (equipment, furniture, inventory, etc.) (for more details see the appendix to the information notification).

Information on lease agreements: as of June 30, 2024, part of the company’s real estate with a total area of ​​ 782.9 sq. m was leased in accordance with 4 agreements. The maximum validity period of existing lease agreements is until October 19, 2028.

The company’s balance sheet includes objects that are not subject to privatization, namely: a complex of buildings, a residential property with a total area of ​​172.8 sq. m.

The enterprise’s balance sheet does not take into account protective structures for civil protection (anti-radiation shelter etc.).

The enterprise did not receive mobilization tasks.

The enterprise does not emit or discharge pollutants into the environment, as well as the enterprise does not generate or dispose of waste. The enterprise does not pay environmental fees and charges.

Privatization conditions:

• repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
• preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.

The period for fulfilling the buyer’s obligations under conditions that do not have a specific period for their fulfillment does not exceed 5 years from the moment of transfer of ownership of the privatization object to the buyer in accordance with the requirements of Part Three of Article 27 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Privatization of State and Municipal Property”.
