The company’s balance sheet includes objects that are not subject to privatization in accordance with paragraph 74 of Section V of the Final and Transitional Provisions of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Privatization of State and Municipal Property’, namely: non-residential building, located at 29, Zaporizka St., Nikopol town, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast with a carrying value of UAH 0.00.
The company has no mobilization tasks (orders).
No emissions or discharges of pollutants into the environment are made, no waste is generated or disposed of, as well as no environmental fees and charges are paid.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
