As of 30.06.2025 there are no overdue accounts payable.
Information about the object (real estate): the object includes 19 registered units of real estate (administrative, warehouse, auxiliary buildings and structures, etc.) with a total area of 4,187.7 sq. m located at the following addresses:
- 3, Lashtoby St., Kryvyi Rih town, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast;
- 4, Zhenevska St., Kryvyi Rih town, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
Information about land plots: 4 land plots with a total area of 5.0500 ha.
Vehicle information: 16 units of vehicles and special equipment.
List of assets (movable property) that are recorded on the balance sheet of the enterprise and are part of the privatization object: 121 units (equipment, furniture, inventory, etc.) (for more details see the appendix to the information notification).
There are no lease agreements concluded regarding the object of privatization or its part as of 30.06.2025.
On the balance of the enterprise there are 191 objects that are not subject to privatization in accordance with paragraphs 71 and 74 of Section V of the final and transitional provisions of the Law of Ukraine ‘On privatization of state and communal property’ (located in the temporarily occupied territory).
There are no civil defense facilities (anti-radiation shelters), cultural heritage objects and architectural monuments on the balance sheet of the enterprise.
Information on the presence/absence of mobilization tasks: there are no mobilization tasks.
Volumes of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, waste generation and disposal, information on payment of environmental fees and charges:
- There are no environmental taxes charged and paid according to forms No. 2-TP (air) (annual) and No. 1-waste (annual) at the enterprise.
- The enterprise pays environmental tax for emissions of gas boiler, which heats the premises in winter time.
- According to the tax declaration for 2022-2024 and 6 months of 2025, the environmental fee has been charged and paid in the total amount of UAH 78.40, including: 2022 – UAH 20.13, 2023 – UAH 20.80, 2024 – UAH 23.82, 6 months of 2025 – UAH 13.65.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
Time and place of the object inspection: on weekdays from 10.00 to 15.00 by prior arrangement with a representative of the auction organizer at the location of the object, namely: 4, Zhenevska St., Kryvyi Rih town, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
