Information about the object (real estate): the object includes 3 registered units of real estate (non-residential buildings and structures, a carbolite site building, an electrical panel room, etc.) with a total area of 2,255.7 sq. m, located at the following addresses:
- Chernivtsi city, 7-A Denysivska St.;
- Chernivtsi city, 7-V Denysivska St.
According to information from the State Register of Property Rights to Real Estate and the Register of Property Rights to Real Estate, the State Register of Mortgages, the Unified Register of Prohibitions on the Alienation of Real Estate in relation to the subject (information reference number 346495486 dated 14.09.2023) regarding the property of the debtor – the SOE “Plant “Elektropobutprylad” there is a registered encumbrance, namely: tax lien (encumbrance record number: 51067597; date of state registration: 20.07.2023; documents submitted for state registration: act of inventory of property subject to the right of tax lien, series and number: 271, issued 20.07. 2023, publisher: the Main Office of the State Tax Service in Chernivtsi Oblast; decision of the body or person authorized by the constituent documents of the legal entity or the law, decision on the description of property as a tax lien, series and number: 271, issued 19.07.2023.
Information about the land plot: according to the information of the Main Directorate of the State GeoCadastre in the Chernivtsi Oblast, the land plot under the object has not been formed and there is no information about it in the State Land Cadastre.
Vehicle information: 3 vehicles produced between 1985 and 1992.
Information on lease agreements: as of March 31, 2024, part of the enterprise’s real estate with a total area of 2,036.10 sq. m was leased in accordance with 1 agreement. The maximum validity period of the lease agreement is for the period of martial law and 1 year after its termination or cancellation.

On the balance sheet of the enterprise there are objects that are not subject to privatization, namely: a protective structure for civil protection – storage facility No. 96056 with a total area of 477.1 sq. m located at the address: Chernivtsi city, 7-A Denysivska St.
The enterprise did not receive government orders or mobilization tasks.
Volumes of emissions and discharges of pollutants: emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment are not carried out, waste is not generated or stored on the territory of the enterprise.
Privatization conditions:
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months;
- repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months.
