• Permit for the use of subsoil, #810 dated 03.04.1997 (extended validity). Agreement on the conditions of use of the subsoil plot #810 dated 20.04.2017. Term: 19 years.
• Permits for water use; for the operation of machines, mechanisms, equipment of increased danger during extraction, agglomeration and production of peat products, development of quarries; for works of increased danger during the extraction of peat, development of quarries.
• Licenses for fuel storage; for the right to produce of thermal energy, its transportation and supply.

Pollutant emissions, waste, environmental fees (in 2022):

• Emissions into atmospheric air: 248.923 tons;
• Waste generation: 1632.597 tons;
• Environmental payments: UAH 929 thousand

Privatization conditions:

• repayment of debts on wages and to the budget within 6 months;
• preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
