Since 2004, the enterprise has been in bankruptcy proceedings and no maintenance and repair work has been carried out on the facilities.
All real estate requires major repairs with the replacement of roofs and partial replacement of load-bearing and enclosing structures.
There is no connection to the power supply networks, the internal electrical networks are in an unusable condition. There is no centralized water supply and drainage system. The gas supply and heat supply systems have been destroyed.
Information about land plots: 2 land plots with a total area of 19.3517 hectares (the actual area is not determined due to the alienation of a significant number of real estate objects since 2000 and the corresponding transfer of land plots for use by third parties). There are no title documents for land plots, the relevant documents are at the stage of issuing and registration.
As of September 30, 2022, part of the company’s real estate with a total area of 1979.05 sq. m is leased in accordance with 19 lease agreements. The deadline for the validity of existing contracts is until 31.12.2023.
The company’s balance sheet includes 14 inventory items of equipment that are not subject to privatization.
