SPC of industrial railway transport of DVAT “Dimitrovvuglevantzhtrans“ is leased to “Vuglepromtrans” LLC USREOU code 00179192 (Previous name is
“Dimitrovvantzhtrans“ LLC) in accordance with the lease agreement No. 764 dated April 24, 2001 and applications to it, the term of the contract – until April 24, 2021, which is considered to be extended until the conclusion of the contract with the winner of the auction.
The main economic activity that “Vuglepromtrans” LLC is carried out using a leased SPC of industrial railway transport of DVAT “Dimitrovvuglevantzhtrans“ is an activity with auxiliary maintenance of land transport, namely – provision of delivery services and towing, which is to deliver consumers (Contragents) of cargo in railway carriages from railway stations to freight fronts of counterparties. All consumers of “Vuglepromtrans” LLC transport services are in equal conditions.
The provision of services is carried out on two sites:
- The access track adjacent to the Udachna station (Donetsk railway), serves in particular for the next enterprises: PJSC “RA “Pokrovske”, “OP “Svyato-Varvarianska “ LLC, PJSC “AP “Ukrbud”;
- The access track adjacent to the Pokrovsk station (Donetsk Railway) serves in particular for the next enterprises: PJSC “CZF “Mirnogradska”; SOE “Mirnogradvugillya”.
Service of contractors is carried out with involvement of infrastructure of 4 stations of “Vuglepromtrans” LLC: Nova station, Novator station, Capitalna station, Centralna station. Novator station has an infrastructure that ensures the functioning of rolling stock and driveways.
Among the consumers of services are private and public enterprises.
The driveways, which are part of SPC, have no purpose other than to provide transport services to consumers.
Information on the financial and economic performance indicators of the Lessee – “Vuglepromtrans” LLC, which carries out economic and financial activities using the assets of SPC of industrial railway transport of DVAT “Dimitrovvuglevantzhtrans“.
