The state enterprise has the right to permanent use of agricultural land located on the territory of Andriyivka village council of Oleksandria district of Kirovograd region, with a total area of 304.8819 hectares, including:

• perennial plantings – 187.2205 hectares.

Privatization conditions:
- Succession of all property rights and obligations of the privatized enterprise, except for the right of permanent use of land plots;
- Preservation of the main activities of the enterprise for 5 years;
- Prevention of dismissal of employees for 6 months;
- Fulfillment of the terms of the collective agreement is maintained during its term, but not more than 1 year;
- Repayment within 6 months of debts on wages, taxes and overdue accounts payable.
The term of fulfillment of the buyer’s obligations under the conditions that do not have a specified period of their fulfillment does not exceed 5 years.
