Basis for the right to use a land plot: State act on the right of permanent use of a land plot.
The property, which is part of property complex of SOE “Bar Alcohol Plant”, is not leased.
On the balance sheet of the enterprise there are objects that are not subject to privatization:
- protective structure of civil protection – anti-radiation shelter No. 00297, at the address: Vinnytsia Oblast, Zhmerynka Rayon (former Bar Rayon), B. Khmelnytskoho St., 34;
- fire truck GAZ-66 ATs-30 16-73 VYR, at the address: Vinnytsia Oblast, Zhmerynka Rayon (former Bar Rayon), B. Khmelnytskoho St., 34.
Emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment were not made, waste was not generated and not disposed of, due to the fact that the SOE “Bar Alcohol Plant” does not carry out economic activities for the production of alcoholic beverages.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of debts on wages, before the budget within 6 months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
Time and place of inspection of the object: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on Friday – from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at its location: Vinnytsia Oblast, Zhmerynka Rayon, Bar town, B. Khmelnytskoho St., 34.
