As of September 30, 2021, part of the real estate of the SPC has been leased in accordance with 11 existing lease agreements of state property. Maximum term of validity of agreements – till 31.05.2023.
An agreement on joint activity was signed between SOE “Research Plant of the Institute of Pulse Processes and Technologies of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine” and “Berill” LLC dated March 27, 2001 № 5/01/15, according to which “Berill” LLC was granted the right to use property of the “Nauka” recreation center. The court procedure is being investigated against the property of the “Nauka” recreation center № 915/1172/21 on the claim of “Berill” LLC.
Between SOE “Research Plant of the Institute of Pulse Processes and Technologies of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine” and “Beryl” LLC is concluded a lease agreement dated 01.07.2017 №29 for three rooms of the Pier №275 of the “Nauka” recreation center with a total area of 44.3 sq.m. The contract expired on 31.05.2020, the property was not returned due to its destruction.
Volumes of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the environment, waste generation and disposal, information on payment of environmental fees and charges: no.
Privatization conditions:
- repayment of wage arrears within three months;
- repayment of debts to the budget, overdue accounts payable within six months;
- preventing the dismissal of employees during 6 months.
