The facility is not in operation, it is in satisfactory condition, but needs major repairs, as there are defects in the load-bearing structures (cracks in the foundation) and significant defects in the interior.

Privatization conditions: the buyer is obliged within 30 calendar days from the transfer of ownership of the privatization object to reimburse the costs in the amount of 2,950.00 (two thousand nine hundred and fifty hryvnias 00 kopecks) (excluding VAT), incurred by the Regional Office of the State Fund property of Ukraine in Lviv, Zakarpattia and Volyn regions to pay for the service provided by the subject of appraisal activity, which was involved in the appraisal of the privatization object.
Time and place of inspection of the object:
- on weekdays from 8.00 to 17.00,
- on Friday – from 8.00 to 15.45
